About us...
J.M O'Toole Ltd is a Civil Engineering and Groundworks company operating in the South West. It was established over 40 years ago by John O'Toole.
Over the years, John worked extremely hard to build the business and it's reputation, and created a solid foundation whilst doing this by setting up strong and reliable professional relationships but with a personal touch.
In 2005, J.M O'Toole became a limited company, and in 2017, the company was taken over by the next generation of the family, Marty, Steve and Pete.
We are a family run business, and as such we thrive to deliver a perfect service to upkeep our reputation, We offer reliability and ensure a strong focus of our business is a good relationship with our clients and our employees.
